In this course, we teach the importance of a strong build philosophy for your Chaos Space Marines of the Death Guard legion.
Body language, choice of bits, and handmade additions are crucial to recreate an industrial feel that is appropriate for a truly grimdark representation of Death Guard (Episode 1). Coming up with a narrative will most certainly help, contributing to the ever important Basing process (Episode 2).
And lastly, we will show a full painting demonstration for a Plagued Servant with one of the most realistic looking necrotic flesh recipes ever – that can be perfect for Pox Walkers (Episode 3) , and the Plague Marine in all its disgusting glory (Episode 4).

Course Curriculum
EPISODE 1 – Overview and Build Philosophy
In the first Episode, we lay out the ideas and philosophy behind the industrial re-imagination of Death Guard, and we teach you how to translate them into the physical build itself, converting and adding mundane items to enhance and change the miniature entirely.
EPISODE 2 – Decrepit Trench Base
In the second Episode, we create a rot-ridden trench base with realistic wood and surface finish variation of puddles and dry spots, showing you how to approach designing the layout of your bases from build to paint.
EPISODE 3 – Plague Servant
In this Episode, we will show a full painting demonstration for a Plagued Servant using one of the most realistic-looking necrotic flesh recipes ever, as well as hair application, creating a nasty addition that can’t be achieved with standard sculpting methods.
EPISODE 4 – Plague Marine
In this Episode, we finalise the course by painting the plague marine, focusing on creating a disgusting armour with streaks, texture, and oozing discharge.
