hello mr zatcaskagoon how woul you go about painting death guard face im just very perplexed how to make it look realistic

  2. hamish hindson says:

how do you apply washes through your airbrush?

    1. Zatcaskagoon Miniatures says:

It takes a bit of practice. I like to shoot at a higher psi and apply the wash intermittently. On again off again with the airbrush, pressing the lever up and down in a rhythmic pattern. A constant stream of pressure and wash will create runs or pooling. Use light spritzing and let it build slowly.

thank you!, sorry to be a bother but how would you paint death guard faces would you just use the recipe in the mortarion video?

      2. Zatcaskagoon Miniatures says:

Yes. Or something similar to what’s in the Flesh and Bome course.

  3. Chris of Rivia says:

Who color you use on the eyes? Nihilakh Oxide technical paint?

    1. Zatcaskagoon Miniatures says:

      Yes. Over white base.

      1. Devin Reid says:

Hey big dog! What washes do your inks replace from ak, or which ones can they replace?

      2. Zatcaskagoon Miniatures says:

Streaking grime, rust streaks, and Decay Deposits. The rest of VI are unique.

  4. Chris of Rivia says:

On the Death Guard tutorial, that is. Second video.

    1. Devin Reid says:

For the crawler, the third base of rust is what exactly?
Im using the deathclaw and mourn fang. It looked like it was mourn fang, deathclaw and then some other color.

      1. Devin Reid says:

Also I have the Vallejo rust kit paint set. Would that be useful as well?
