Physical Product Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to physical hobby supplies and Villainy Ink products sold by Grimdark Compendium.

Digital memberships, streaming access, and tutorial downloads are delivered electronically via account access and do not require physical shipping.

Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping charges are Flat Rate based on destination.

Shipping starts at the base rate and may increase slightly based on the number of items in your order.
Example: 2 items (USA) → $8.00 + ($1.00 × 2) = $10.00

International Shipping

International shipping pricing is calculated using a base rate plus a per-item fee determined by the Country (DHL)

Free shipping is available only in select regions and applies where a free shipping threshold is specifically stated.

Cancellations & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

We cannot guarantee successful delivery
Reshipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility

Order cancellations must be requested before shipment. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
Then contact us if further assistance is needed

We will help where possible but cannot control carrier delays.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos of the packaging and items
Contact us within 48 hours
Include your order number

We will work to resolve the issue.

Digital Products (Non-Shipping)

Digital tutorials, courses, and memberships are delivered electronically.

No shipping charges apply to digital products.
