Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase.
This handling window allows customers a brief opportunity to contact us if an address correction is required. Once an order enters fulfillment, shipping details can no longer be modified.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- USPS (United States Postal Service) – Marketplace and retail orders
- UPS – Wholesale orders
Estimated Transit Time
- 3–4 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using the following carriers:
- DHL Express
- GlobalPost
The carrier is selected based on destination, service availability, and shipping costs.
Estimated Transit Times
- DHL Express: 3–5 business days after shipment
- GlobalPost: 5–10 business days after shipment
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or regional service interruptions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that it is imperative that international customers enter their correct email and phone number so that customs officials can reach them if needed.
We do not have control over customs processing times or fees.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery delays, additional fees, or returned packages.
Delays & Service Interruptions
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather or natural events
- Customs clearance delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
