Genestealer Cults, reimagined.

Craft a warband for your games, inspired by the gothic punk era of Warhammer. Learn how to create narratives, give each character a purpose, and paint them with a shocking grimdark horror aesthetic.

This course will start by laying the foundations for our narrative for the Cult of the Leper God, displaying how to lay down the initial steps to create a world or set of characters with the use of references and concept boards. After that, we can start building our characters and give them an identity, with a build guide that focuses on creating a dystopian gothic punk aesthetic, and subsequently paint all the models – Acolyte Hybrids, Aberrant, and Genestealers, revisited to fit the lore with a body horror feel.
Lastly, we explore vehicles, tanks and characters using bits and pieces from scale modeling kits for a more grounded look.
