Order Tracking
If you have placed an order for physical products with Grimdark Compendium, you can track your shipment using the information provided below.
We provide tracking for all shipped physical orders so customers can monitor delivery progress.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1 — Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- A direct tracking link (when available)
Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email.
Step 2 — Track with the Carrier
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
We commonly ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for some international orders)
- GlobalPost (tracking ID will begin with “GP”)
Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s tracking page for real-time updates.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
1 business day
Tracking is sent once the order has been packed and handed to the carrier.
During launches or busy periods, processing may take 2–3 business days.
If You Haven’t Received Tracking
If it has been more than:
- 2 business days since ordering
- And you have not received tracking
Please contact customer support.
Include:
- Your order number
- Name used at checkout
- Email used for the order
If Tracking Shows Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing (international orders)
Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the carrier.
Lost or Stalled Shipments
If tracking has not updated for several days:
- Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
- Then contact us if you need further help
We will assist where possible.
